Michael, Emily, Michaela and Sophia Ramondetta 

Let me introduce myself and my family.  My name is Michael Ramondetta (B.A., M. Min.), Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church.   I have a beautiful wife Emily of six years and two beautiful girls:  Michaela, who is four years old, and Sophia, who is three years old.  We have lived in the greater Jacksonville area for over ten years and in St. Johns for over four years.   We enjoy spending time together serving the Lord and having fun at places like Disney, especially Magic Kingdom!

Let me share our story of how we got here.  Early in 2004 while surveying north Saint Johns County, specifically CR 210, we saw a new growth community with many subdivisions, thousands of people, and unfortunately no standing churches in the community.  Six years prior while attending college, God had burdened my heart to start a new church in a needy area.  It was on this night that God confirmed it in my heart that we were to start a new church right here in Saint Johns County.  So, in August of 2005, God allowed us to do exactly that, we started Liberty Baptist Church.  Since we started the church, God has drawn people from our community together to form a strong, local church.  In September of 2007, God performed a miracle as we combined with another local church in the area.  We now are excited as we look forward to build a church building in the days ahead. 

Our vision has always been to build a church where people from all walks of life can come and experience a dynamic, personal relationship with God through worship, discipleship, fellowship, involvement, and authentic relationships.  Liberty Baptist Church is a place where you will feel loved, accepted, and welcomed.  We would be honored to have you as our guest this Sunday!  We are currently meeting in the Timberlin Creek Elementary School auditorium off CR 210.  Come and experience Life at Liberty!  We are eager to meet you and your family.
